Job Summary
As a Senior System Engineer, you will determine project scope based on requirements, calculating necessary resources for service delivery and preparing quotations. Your responsibilities include installing and configuring services, providing level 1 support for hardware and software issues, and creating technical deliverables such as high-level design documents and user acceptance testing documentation. You will undergo technical training, obtain required certifications, and conduct knowledge transfer training as necessary. You will leverage your strong technical knowledge, customer-centric attitude, and communication skills to ensure outstanding service quality and adherence to customer service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Certified in at least one of the technology domains (Infrastructure hardware and software, hyperconvergence, network, security, cloud and/or end user computing)
- Strong technical knowledge on the assigned solution domain/product
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to technical details, priority management and planning skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Results-oriented
- Strong documentation skills
