R1 Promotions Assistant

Promotions Assistant will set up and represent radio stations at on-site appearances and events, assist with setup and execution of station events and remotes, develop and carry out creative ways to increase public awareness of the station, serve as the liaison between listeners and stations during on-site activities, and maintain station vehicles and equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, at least 2 years of driving experience, and a flexible schedule to accommodate varied hours including weekends. Strong organizational, communication, and independent work skills are essential, along with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Education/Experience notes: High School Diploma or GED is required; valid driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
