Job Summary
Enter orders from the National Rep Firm and agencies, monitor and execute national and corporate sales orders, and process make-goods and exceptions with the traffic department. Communicate regularly via email and phone, create presentations and sales kits using PowerPoint, and manage National Sales Pending Reports. Participate in local market sales, promotions, and programming meetings to represent national sales and generate revenue. Assist with collections, provide clerical support including contract filing, and enter digital orders into Ando or similar systems. Maintain a flexible schedule with varied weekday and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Must have reasonable knowledge of and experience with PowerPoint
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
