Promotions Assistant (Intern) duties include setting up and representing Radio One stations at on-site appearances and events, assisting with setup and execution of station events/remotes, developing creative ways to increase public awareness, serving as the contact between listeners and stations during events, maintaining station vehicles and equipment, setting up live broadcasts and remotes, and coordinating with the Marketing & Promotions Director and team. Requires flexible scheduling (varying hours including weekends), strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, background check, legal right to work in the U.S., and at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED and 2 years of driving experience.
