Responsible Verification Lead for Digital ASIC/FPGA in a satellite-grade hardware environment. Owns the verification of digital systems built around ASIC/FPGA, defines and drives the verification plan, tests, and coverage; writes and specifies testbenches and high-level models; designs and executes verification strategy across projects; manages and coaches the verification team, ensures adherence to best practices, and maintains traceability and metrics reports. Collaborates with clients on verification strategy, test plans, and test reports; requires strong HDL/scripting skills (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python) and experience with Questa, Xcelium or VCS, AMBA/Ethernet/CAN/I2C protocols, and agile leadership. Degree: BAC+5 or Doctorat in electronics or equivalent; minimum ~5 years in ASIC/FPGA verification in embedded contexts; English technical proficiency; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
