Job Summary
Maintain resort landscaping by trimming, fertilizing, and managing lawns, trees, shrubs, turf, and irrigation systems. Operate hand tools efficiently to keep grounds free from trash, litter, and debris, while emptying all trash receptacles. Perform basic irrigation audits and repairs, remove snow using a shovel or snowblower, and assist with general maintenance tasks as needed. Requires a high school diploma, one year of groundskeeping experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with manual and power tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1-year groundskeeping experience or related field
- Valid Driver's license
- Proficient in using manual and power hand tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and follows laws and regulations
