R&M Technician IV – Liner Hanger

Job Summary
Perform repair, maintenance, inspection, assembly, disassembly, and testing on liner hanger systems and downhole equipment. Ensure tools meet high quality and safety standards while supporting operational requirements and customer expectations. Collaborate with workshop, quality, and operations teams to deliver reliable equipment for field operations; maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation; participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement; ensure a safe, organized workshop environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Repair & Maintenance (R&M), preferably with Liner Hanger systems, completion tools, or similar downhole oil & gas equipment.
- Experience in assembly, testing, inspection, and repair of oilfield equipment.
- Knowledge of industry standards, quality requirements, and HSE practices.
- Previous experience in an oil & gas service company environment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance documentation systems.
