R&I Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of software and AI-focused projects within the Innovation team, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget. Define objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and implementation plans; serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams; monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies; manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; ensure formal handover and completion of contractual obligations; contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies; requires proven PM experience in software development, strong Agile/Scrum exposure, exceptional stakeholder management, and fluent English. PMP certification is considered an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Proven project management experience within the software development industry
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and established project management methodologies
- Experience working with Agile frameworks, including Scrum; additional methodologies are a plus
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and mitigate project risks, blockers, and scope changes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage
