Job Summary
Conduct research and gather data from on-site teams, corporate stakeholders, and clients to identify system gaps and operational opportunities within property management platforms. Translate business needs into clear requirements aligned to project goals, perform cost-benefit and impact assessments, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience. Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and close-out, while managing schedules, tracking risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations. Analyze system performance data to identify functionality gaps, partner with Product and vendors to prioritize enhancements, and contribute insights to product roadmaps. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Training, and external partners to develop presentations and share insights on performance metrics and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in property management operations and/or property management software platforms
- Familiarity with platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar systems
- Experience supporting projects or initiatives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate with limited supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the state of Alaska
