Job Summary

Lead the Advanced Development Software workstream, defining technical strategy, roadmap, and architecture for advanced ultrasound imaging and navigation algorithms. Drive feasibility assessments, proof-of-concept activities, and decision-making while collaborating with Philips Ultrasound on image-guided intervention features. Mentor software engineers, scientists, and algorithm developers across geographically distributed teams, serving as the primary technical escalation point for workstream issues. Lead development, tuning, and validation of computer vision, image processing, and AI-enabled ultrasound algorithms within regulated medical device environments. Requires 8+ years of experience in medical imaging, computer vision, and AI, with a PhD or MS in a related technical field. Full-time office presence in Cambridge, MA, with a 45-day active requisition.
