R&D Strategy & Operations Manager

Conduct analyses to support technology and operational decision-making, including product road mapping, capacity planning, and process improvement. Drive execution of priority R&D and technology initiatives by coordinating across Product Development, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and GTM teams. Own trackers, dashboards, and status updates to ensure projects remain on schedule, while identifying risks and escalating dependencies as appropriate. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for the CTO and leadership team, and lead or support ad hoc projects involving research, benchmarking, and external relations. This role requires a PhD in a technical field and supports Ceribell's mission to transform critical care through rapid seizure detection technology.
