Job Summary
Develop interior materials per customer requirements, support color matching, and assist in running laboratory and production trials. Execute assigned tasks within the department according to planning, conduct literature reviews, and collect technical data to support ongoing projects. Assist in developing new products and pre-launch activities while coordinating with Purchasing, Planning, Finance, and Production. Maintain technical documentation, support Quality Control evaluations, and participate in training and skill development programs. Comply with applicable HSE, environment, and health rules.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: English or Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer or related field
- Basic experience or knowledge in product and process development
- Analytical thinking
- Willingness to learn technical concepts
- Basic communication skills (oral and written)
- Customer service oriented
- Comply with the applicable HSE, environment and Health rules
