Job Summary
Implement high-bandwidth real-time signal processing, computer vision, and machine learning pipelines for wearable and non-contact sensors. Design and develop new system architectures, backend systems, and microservices to support data acquisition, processing, and visualization in real-time applications. Optimize computational performance and identify bottlenecks in embedded and software systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software pipelines into hardware prototypes. Validate system performance in real-world settings for physiological monitoring, human movement tracking, VR/AR experiences, speech analysis, and neural interface technologies. Requires C++ and Python expertise with strong problem-solving skills for multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completed a BS or MS in computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Strong experience in C++
- Strong experience in Python
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Working knowledge of signal processing or computer vision techniques
- Must be able to show valid work eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CUDA
- Familiarity with Bash
- Familiarity with Powershell
- Familiarity with C#
- Ability to pick up new languages
- Experience with version control
- Experience with CLI
- Experience with hardware platforms (NVIDIA Jetson)
- Experience with sensors (Delsys sensors, machine vision cameras)
