Plan and oversee the annual development of Salomon snowboard binding fixtures, managing the project lifecycle from design through industrialization in Asian factories. Deliver market-ready samples and ensure successful product launches while coordinating medium-to-long-term innovation projects and short-term product updates. Act as the primary liaison with manufacturing sites and industrialization teams to guarantee technical documentation quality and production readiness. Manage and develop the team's CAD designer, fostering collaboration across design, product line, quality, supply chain, and development functions. Drive knowledge sharing and contribute to modernizing product development workflows.
