Job Summary
R&D Scientist position focused on developing new and optimized formulations to support Griffith Foods’ clients and strategic goals. Applies scientific principles in research, development, and production technology; collaborates with Supply Chain to align formulation activities with commercial fulfillment and safe, regulatory-compliant food products. Supports innovation to advance long-term strategy, providing consultation across departments and leading capability expansion in Food Science and Health & Nutrition. Strong internal and external communication with colleagues, clients, processors, and suppliers is expected to enable technical excellence and timely project delivery.
