R&D Project Engineer

Develop and manage R&D projects transferring new process and system technologies to all affiliates, utilizing a five-phase development model to generate functional requirements and execute scale-up trials. Identify opportunities for new process technologies, define specifications including control systems and capital costs, and organize prototyping and experimental design to correlate results and define operating parameters. Support technology implementation across sites by conducting validation, creating technical documentation, and arranging training for end users. This role requires a Master or PhD in engineering, fluent English with Dutch/French knowledge, and daily on-site presence at the Puurs facility.
