Job Summary
R&D Process Manager to drive development, governance and continuous improvement of the R&D Management System across the R&D organization. Work with engineering, quality, digital, manufacturing and business functions to ensure effective, efficient and compliant ways of working. Lead process compliance for internal/external audits and certifications (ASPICE, IATF, ISO); chair R&D Process Governance; coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to processes, tools, and ways of working; own process performance management including KPI follow-up, risk reporting, and improvement roadmaps; develop new development frameworks and governance models; support organizational capability through process training and stakeholder engagement; act as a key interface between R&D and other functions to ensure efficient end-to-end workflows. Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree, Business degree or equivalent experience within product development, quality, operational excellence or process management
- Proven experience in process management, governance, operational excellence, quality management or continuous improvement within a technical environment
- Experience in process mapping and driving cross-functional initiatives and leading change in complex organizations with an holistic view
- Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and levels. Experience in hosting trainings
- Experience working with management systems, audits, certifications and industry standards such as ASPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 9001. ISO 14001 or similar is considered beneficial
- Structured, analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic development with operational execution
- Experience from automotive, powertrain or other engineering-intensive industries is considered an advantage
