Job Summary
R&D planner & controller responsible for data collection/consolidation, CF/BP Capex/department cost center planning, MCR system expert to support project managers on IGPM MCR system planning and to provide budget-related ideas, overall sample and GR tracking, biweekly resource tracking, monthly field-analysis and time-recording tracking to ensure 100% on time, monthly CP-performance report coordination, and license/LTAA reporting. Requires meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic with cross-functional collaboration, strong data analysis, and ownership; experience with advanced Excel and Bosch internal budget planning systems; fluent English and CET-6 certification; 1–3 years of relevant finance experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP; PivotTables)
- Fluent written English and basic spoken English; CET-6 certified
