Job Summary
Manage R&D tools from selection through implementation, overseeing ALM, security, build, and AI-powered developer tools. Lead end-to-end R&D audits by coordinating processes, collecting data, and managing stakeholder collaboration. Drive process-change projects from business requirement definition to delivery, while evaluating and rolling out AI workflows with engineering leadership. Continuously identify improvements in existing tools and provide business analysis guidance on best practices. Partner with R&D teams, product managers, IT, and business operations to ensure successful execution.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager/PMO/Project Manager or equivalent at a global software company
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor)
- Experience with system analysis and management
- Fluent English
- A university degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian tools — an advantage
- Experience working in R&D organizations — an advantage
