Job Summary
R&D NPI Engineering Manager to lead a global project management team focused on new product introduction (NPI) programs within our Data Solutions business. Responsibilities include end-to-end project execution to on-time delivery within scope and budget, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing, resource allocation across projects, portfolio management aligned to strategic objectives, and continuous improvement of the NPI phase-gate processes. The role requires coaching and mentoring a team, defining and tracking KPIs, and communicating progress and risks to senior leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 8+ years in NPI/PMO leadership, 2+ years of people leadership, a proven record of delivering large-scale programs, PMO tooling proficiency, strong cross-functional influence, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-focused organizations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of proven experience in NPI or PMO leadership roles, preferably in data or technology-driven environments
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Proven record of leading large-scale, complex projects and driving successful product introductions
- Proficiency in PMO practices, methodologies, tools and processes
- Outstanding ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed organization
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities to drive efficiency and optimize project outcomes
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering focused organizations
