Job Summary
Design and integrate electromechanical systems for fish quality quantification, covering initial concept through build, test, and deployment in commercial processing plants. Lead blank sheet mechanism design and sensor integration, managing data processing and hands-on validation of prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in controls, mechanical design, software architecture, and machine learning to iterate rapidly through design cycles. This role is full-time, in-person at the El Segundo office with 10-20% travel, supporting the project of auto-loading into NERA-CV and integrating automation into manufacturing.
