[R&D] Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary
Develop design solutions considering technical, material, manufacturing, and economic aspects by performing design calculations including tolerance analysis and functional proof. Create technical 2D drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, and design guidelines while utilizing tools such as Unigraphics NX to derive measures that mitigate technical risks. Support design activities in platform and customer application projects by communicating with technical leads, testing engineers, and production planners to fulfill design schedules according to project timelines. This role contributes to Bosch's Automotive R&D Center in Ho Chi Minh City, which manufactures push belts and other automotive components as part of the company's strategy to become a regional manufacturing and R&D hub.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in engineering fields (Mechanical engineering, machinery, automotive, mechatronics)
- Good background in mechanical/ mechatronic engineering, automotive engineering, automotive components (Product functions and structure, components functions)
- CAD tool (Unigraphics NX) + Modelling and Drafting + Assembly
- Responsiveness/ Agility/ Communication (including English writing and speaking)
- Willingness to take over responsibility and thereby learning
Desired Qualifications
- Fresh graduate in engineering fields (machinery, automobile, mechatronics, aeronautics) or already have experience in designer
