Job Summary
Lead the development of new products and improve existing lines by translating briefings into concrete projects and defining technical requirements. Manage detailed project plans, ensuring feasibility while coordinating internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives to completion within scope, budget, and timing. Provide daily leadership and coaching to the R&D team, acting as the key point of contact for product development expertise. Escalate project issues with mitigation plans and maintain comprehensive project documentation. This freelance assignment begins ASAP within an innovation environment focused on heating, sanitary, and building sectors, combining project management, technical leadership, and people management for long-term product strategy impact.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Innovation, Product Development or R&D environments
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary development projects
- Experience managing and coaching technical teams
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor
- Ability to transform innovative ideas into industrialized products and processes
