Job Summary
Lead conceptual design, rapid prototyping, and rigorous testing for next-generation Power Capacitors and Instrument Transformers. Drive feasibility studies for new technologies, bridging theoretical concepts with real-world deployment while optimizing costs. Execute policy and strategy for electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism applications, utilizing FEA analysis and electrical testing knowledge. Propose innovative solutions outside standard parameters to solve straightforward technical problems and integrate team workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (or equivalent) OR a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant industry experience
- A minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in Electrical Engineering

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Experience on performing FEA on electromagnetic fields
