R&D Innovation Excellence Leader

Job Summary
Train and coach employees on Lean Innovation, Product Development, and project management methodologies by designing capability-building programs and facilitating workshops. Serve as a Project Management Champion to promote effective practices, coaching leaders on planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk while supporting the implementation of project standards. Collaborate with R&D leaders, functional teams, and global innovation communities to align initiatives with strategic priorities and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This role drives project excellence and innovation capabilities across the Korea Technology Center, partnering with researchers to accelerate Product Development adoption within Qnity's semiconductor materials portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in technology, engineering, or innovation-focused organizations
- Experience in project management and cross-functional project leadership
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or capability-building programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skill in both Korean and English
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different organizational levels
