R&D- Group Leader

Lead and manage a portion of the Architectural Commercialization Engineering (CE) team, contributing to and/or leading Engineering support for New Product Development, Maintenance of Business, Continuous Process Improvement, 6-sigma, and Quality Investigation projects. Conduct daily contact with other employees while managing access to confidential and proprietary information under supervised or unsupervised conditions. A criminal history review is required to protect business operations and staff safety. This role is based at the Morikis Global Technology Center in Brecksville, OH, with 20% travel and is not remote or hybrid.
