Evaluate financial information provided in submissions, focusing on deductible costs, and verify cost allocations for salaries, equipment, and contractor services against the incentive scheme's criteria. Analyze system-generated budget flags and investigate financial inconsistencies or anomalies. Liaise with R&D technical specialists to ensure consistency between technical descriptions and financial data. Assist in refining financial evaluation templates and decision rules within the AI platform to improve assessment accuracy. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or auditing, preferably within a government or public-sector context.
