Job Summary
R&D Engineer for Hull-based team focused on developing innovative medical technologies. Plan and deliver laboratory testing to support design and development of new products; set up investigations, validate methods, analyze results, and share clear recommendations to keep projects on track for time, cost, and quality. Collaborate with colleagues across quality, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure robust, well-documented development activities that support successful product delivery. Requires engineering or scientific degree or equivalent relevant experience, with practical laboratory/testing background; strong data interpretation and communication skills; familiarity with LabVIEW, CAD, and statistical tools is advantageous.
