Job Summary
R&D Engineer role focused on building and evolving a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Core responsibilities include designing and improving data collection/normalization/storage from external services and APIs, creating robust integrations with third-party APIs and LLMs, exploring responsible automated browser interactions, automating scheduled data collection with strong observability, and collaborating with peers on design and tooling. Key skills include Python backend development, RESTful API work, LLM/AI framework usage, external system integration, workflow orchestration (e.g., Dagster), and experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD; familiarity with web scraping/browser automation (Selenium/Playwright) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus. The position is remote with location in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Python backend experience, especially for integrations and automation
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, LLMs or AI frameworks (e.g. LiteLLM, Langchain, OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs) and external system integration
- Experience with workflow scheduling/orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster) and reliable automation
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git and modern CI/CD practices
- Nice to have: experience with web scraping/browser automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
