Job Summary
R&D Engineer role focused on applying creative thinking, technical analysis, and project management to contribute to GF’s innovation objectives. Responsibilities include ensuring design, regulatory, and quality standards; developing product models and drawings; training technical personnel; coordinating with Quality Control and production and assisting in testing, data collection, and reporting; maintaining laboratory records; and supporting new and existing products with documentation such as test protocols and summaries. Requires proficiency with engineering software (NX, AutoCAD, SolidWorks), measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), and strong communication/teamwork skills. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3-4 years of R&D experience are required, with familiarity in regulatory and quality standards, and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, or materials)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of research and development experience or equivalent
- Experience with various mechanical and material analytical test equipment
