Job Summary
Conduct independent research to understand and deliver solutions to technical and commercial problems in equipment or process design. Lead design, plan, schedule, build, and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and scale up equipment and processes. Generate data, perform advanced statistical analysis, and interpret findings to establish new process learnings. Develop new process equipment and collaborate with vendors to advance capital efficiency and productivity. Support operations through troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts. This role supports the CNT Process R&D team within the battery materials business, focusing on enhancing production efficiency and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- PhD, Major in Chemical Engineering, with strong academic records and publication
- Fluent communication skill in English

- 1-3 years working experiences post graduation
- In-depth knowledge on heterogeneous catalysis
