R&D Electronics Technician

Job Summary
R&D Electronics Technician who builds prototype PCBA and cable assemblies from engineering specs, iterates and modifies designs in real time, troubleshoots at component, circuit, and system levels, builds and maintains test fixtures and wiring, and runs functional and reliability tests. You’ll provide critical feedback on manufacturability and design improvements, inspect builds for quality/compliance, and document testing results with precision while collaborating closely with engineers to bring new products toward production. This role operates in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with minimal oversight and high accountability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and circuit assembly
- Electronic components, circuit boards, and schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
