R&D Electrical Hardware Engineer

Job Summary
Lead PCA design and system-level integration for NPI programs, driving design reviews, technical risk assessments, and key engineering decisions throughout the product lifecycle. Drive end-to-end PCA design including schematic and layout review, validation, and enforcement of EE best practices, design guidelines, and quality standards. Address SI/PI, EMC/EMI, and thermal considerations; own system-level quality and reliability (DfX, failure analysis, corrective actions). Identify opportunities to optimize product output, quality, and cost; manage technical risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams (ME, FW, Operations, suppliers) to ensure seamless integration. Requires strong hands-on engineering capability and effective technical leadership with clear written and verbal communication; expected experience leading 2+ NPI products from concept to production and 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field (Education & Experience section)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Lead or equivalent technical leadership role
- Minimum 3-5 years of EE PCA design experience
- Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 2 NPI products from concept to production
- Strong clear, concise communication and stakeholder management skills
