Job Summary
R&D Development Engineer/Senior Engineer responsible for initiating, conceiving, and independently planning and executing research and development projects from idea to implementation; assess feasibility of new technologies, concepts, and product ideas using scientific methods; conduct applied research and translate results into concrete development approaches; continuously develop expertise and monitor current technological trends and scientific developments; collaborate with cross-functional departments and coordinate interdisciplinary projects; contribute to patents and scientific publications; strong collaboration and communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Natural Sciences or a related field
- Several years of relevant R&D experience
- Strong knowledge of scientific methods and practical implementation of development projects
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and structured work approach
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Excellent spoken and written English
