R&D Design Engineer

Job Summary
Design Engineer responsible for modifying standard products per customer requirements, creating and approving technical drawings, collaborating with customers to clarify requirements, maintaining part numbers for new components, preparing and uploading 3D models into the PLM system, and supporting the creation of BOMs and routings while ensuring on-time delivery and quality; requires strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/AutoCAD; Catia/InVentor/SolidEdge as an advantage), familiarity with ERP/PLM systems (optional), and clear communication in English; thrives in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment and works closely with sales and Customer Care.
Required Qualifications
- Technical University graduate (Mechancis/Mechatronics or related); proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; ERP/PLM knowledge optional; English at least medium level; proficient MS Office; ability to read technical drawings and 3D modeling; ability to meet deadlines; strong communication with sales and Customer Care
