Job Summary
Manage month-end close for R&D, ensuring accurate cost booking and allocation by project and cost center. Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting while monitoring spending to identify deviations and drive corrective actions from project managers. Prepare cost reports detailing overruns and savings opportunities to support R&D business decisions and management strategy. Track the effectiveness of cost-saving measures and provide regular feedback. Deliver accurate analysis and actionable findings for executive decision-making. Own performance-relevant metrics and continuously improve R&D control processes. Requires 3+ years in automotive controlling, fluency in English and Chinese, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, or Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above, majored in Accounting, Finance or Business related
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (mandatory)
- At least 3-years of work experience in the automotive industry or related fields for controlling related tasks
- Analytical problem solving and decision support
- Logical thinking and mathematic analysis skills
- Collaboration and discussion / Negotiation skills
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Controlling Business partner in manufacturing area is a plus
- Good Excel & PPT skill
- Preferred SAP, Power BI, Tableau know-how
