Job Summary
R&D Associate to support Product Development by managing tastings, coordinating projects, producing samples, and maintaining the R&D kitchen. Responsibilities include tasting preparation and labeling, project coordination and documentation of product development kickoff meetings, managing sample runs and coordinating with QC and production teams, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the R&D kitchen, understanding coated products and production processes, and ensuring accurate records of production and sample data. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of food production processes. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in R&D or food production (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
