Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive market research through surveys, desktop analysis, email communication, phone inquiries, and attending competitor product launches. Respond promptly and professionally to all product-related questions while collaborating with business and engineering teams to strategize and support product development initiatives. Assist in planning and executing new product launches, coordinate training sessions, and schedule meetings as necessary. Provide constructive product recommendations to drive revenue growth and identify emerging market opportunities. Participate in sales and marketing workshops to enhance skills. This role supports the development of business plans by gathering insights and contributing ideas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Deadline-oriented with flexibility to work after hours when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Strong ability to learn and recall product specifications and details
- Effective communicator with skills to deliver inspiring product demonstrations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent telephone etiquette
- Demonstrates a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred
