Job Summary
Partner with sales and commercial colleagues to generate leads, shape proposals, and nurture cross-selling opportunities. Lead consulting engagements from problem deconstruction to solution delivery, managing projects for time, quality, and budget while guiding junior team members. Facilitate client meetings as a trusted advisor, anticipate risks, and propose solutions with stakeholder escalation. Develop client-ready reports and analysis with minimal guidance. Contribute to HR Academy workshops and elevate the Marsh brand through local pulse surveys and industry networking. Requires 15+ years of HR consulting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Based in Manila with hybrid work requirements of three days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- More than 15 years of prior HR consulting across various HR domains such as workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organizational development, skills and capabilities, employee experience and culture
- Thrive in problem-solving, shaping solutions, understanding and solving for client needs
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels and interact with multiple teams
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
