As a Medical RFP COE Consultant at Mercer, you will drive client-focused RFP processes and analytics across multiple project teams, coordinate stakeholder input, manage workflow activities, and deliver compelling data-driven recommendations to clients. You will serve as a key contact for day-to-day client needs, resolve issues with internal and external partners, and ensure timely follow-up and delivery of final work products. The role requires evaluating risks, developing solutions, articulating the impact of options, leveraging analytics, and producing clear stories from data to enhance Mercer’s client value. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of client services experience in health & benefits are required, along with strong project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills. A Health Producers license is advantageous or obtainable within 30 days of hire. Mercer supports hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office across multiple U.S. locations including Seattle, San Francisco, Portland, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Denver.
