Job Summary
Stock Nabisco shelves and maintain promotional displays for brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy at assigned stores. Conduct in-store visits to capture display photos and ensure sales representatives' negotiated plans are followed. Build relationships with store employees and communicate product issues to management while adhering to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products from stock rooms to store floors. Drive a personal vehicle to various locations within the Redding, CA area, with mileage reimbursed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
- Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floor
- Ability to stock the store's shelves
- Schedule availability including both weekend days and occasional weekdays
- Holidays as needed
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Redding, CA
- Secondary locations: Anderson - Red Bluff - Corning - Willows, CA
- 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM Start Time
