Job Summary
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across Stirling, NJ locations while executing store visits that capture display photos via digital tools. Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!, and implement promotional displays according to negotiated plans. Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to your Retail Territory Manager through Salesforce. Represent Mondelēz with professionalism during seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events, ensuring the snack aisle remains organized and inviting. Work a flexible schedule including Sunday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Schedule availability required: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store's shelves.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Stirling, NJ
- Secondary Location: Bernardsville, NJ
