Job Summary
Execute store visits to stock shelves, rotate product, and build displays for brands like Oreo and Triscuit while capturing photos via the DMI digital initiative. Maintain brand standards across retail locations and implement promotional displays per the Retail Territory Manager's negotiated plans. Serve as the face of the company by delivering customer service to store teams and shoppers, and communicate store-level insights through Salesforce. Work flexible hours on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, driving a personal vehicle to locations within 25-35 miles of Stirling, NJ, while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally moving over 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Stirling, NJ
- Secondary Location: Bernardsville, NJ
- Schedule availability required: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store's shelves
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
- Retail Merchandising Expertise – Skilled in shelf stocking, product rotation, and display execution that meets brand standards
- Customer Service Mindset – Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating a positive experience for store teams and shoppers
- Digital Readiness – Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules and capture display photos
