Job Summary
Stock shelves, build displays, and capture display photos for brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Triscuit while adhering to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Principles. Rotate product and maintain brand standards across store locations, implementing promotional displays per the Retail Territory Manager's negotiated plans. Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and communicate insights via Salesforce. Schedule availability required Tuesday through Saturday. Hourly compensation ranges from $17.79 to $19.79 based on experience. Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance required; mileage reimbursed.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Paramus, NJ
- Schedule availability: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Ability to embrace the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
- Retail Merchandising Expertise – Skilled in shelf stocking, product rotation, and display execution that meets brand standards
- Customer Service Mindset – Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating a positive experience for store teams and shoppers
- Digital Readiness – Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules and capture display photos
- Collaborative Communication – Able to build trust with store personnel and communicate effectively with RTMs and teammates
- Adaptability & Initiative – Flexible in responding to store needs, seasonal priorities, and promotional opportunities with a proactive attitude
- Physical Readiness – Energetic and capable of lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the day with pride and purpose
