Job Summary
Stock Nabisco shelves, capture display photos, and maintain promotional setups for brands like Oreo and Ritz across assigned stores. Represent Mondelēz in-store by communicating with employees and sales representatives to optimize product visibility and follow negotiated store plans. Execute daily visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps, ensuring leading brands remain stocked and displays are updated. Drive to various locations within a 25-mile radius of Camillus, NY, performing physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs. Work Tuesdays and Saturdays at an hourly rate of $16.50 to $18.00.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floor and stock store shelves
- Schedule availability: Tues & Saturday
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Camillus, NY
