Job Summary
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display photos, and order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions. Maintain leading brands like Oreo and Ritz by following guidelines, verifying negotiated plans with store managers, and communicating issues to management. Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches while demonstrating a positive attitude. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive to assigned stores within 25-35 miles of Littleton, MA, and work a 4-day week including one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
- Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floor
- Ability to stock store shelves
- Schedule availability: 4 days a week with one weekend day required
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Littleton, MA
