Job Summary
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility, and construct promotional displays. Carry out in-store visits to capture pictures of displays, order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions, and maintain leading brands like Oreo and Ritz according to company guidelines. Verify that sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with management. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches while following the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager. Perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. Schedule availability requires four days a week and one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Schedule availability: 4 days a week and one weekend day required
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Amherst, MA
- Secondary locations: Athol, MA
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
