Job Summary
Conduct in-store merchandising visits to stock shelves, maintain displays, and capture photos of product visibility per Mondelēz guidelines. Build relationships with store employees and sales representatives to ensure negotiated plans are followed and communicate issues to management. Execute seasonal sales initiatives and new product launches while adhering to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager. Work Saturdays and Sundays within a 25-mile radius of Huntington Valley, PA, driving a personal vehicle to various locations. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and experience with retail or grocery environments.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
- Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floor
- Ability to stock the store's shelves
- Schedule availability on Saturday & Sunday
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Huntington Valley, PA
