Job Summary
Stock store shelves, maintain promotional displays, and capture display pictures at assigned locations during in-store visits. Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo and Ritz by ensuring products are stocked and visible while communicating with sales representatives and store managers. Follow daily schedules and Mondelēz guidelines to optimize product visibility and support seasonal sales and new product launches. Drive to various store locations within 25 miles of Kissimmee, FL, working Sundays through Saturdays. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
- Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floor
- Ability to stock the store's shelves
- Schedule availability on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Kissimmee, FL
