Job Summary
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in-store visits to capture display pictures and order product via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions. Maintain leading brands like Oreo and Ritz through Mondelēz guidelines while verifying that negotiated plans with store managers are being followed. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches while demonstrating a positive attitude. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service. Live within 25-35 miles of Washington, MO. Hourly rate $16.00 to $18.00.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Schedule availability required: Sunday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Saturday
- Start time: 7:00 AM
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Washington, MO
